Hypnotic is a top down pullover with a circular yoke.  It is stranded colourwork knit in two colours or sport weight yarn.  The motif is consistent around the yoke while the increases are completed.  Once the yoke width is established, the design divides into center and side motifs.

Moody Blues

Moody Blues is a bottom up oversized pullover with modified drop shoulders. It is knit in the round from the hem to the underarm, then the underarm stitches are cast off.  The front and back are worked flat separately, then seamed at the shoulders. The sleeves are picked up from the armhole edge and worked down to the cuff.  There are two options for finishing the neckline. The first is a ribbed collar that is folded over and sewn down to the inside, and the second is a long ribbed cowl.

It is divided at the underarm, and the front and back yokes worked separately.   After seaming the shoulders, the sleeves are worked from the top down.
